Do you deliver?

Yes we are currently delivering from Delray Beach down to Oakland Park. Our deliver times are subject to change; send us a message if you're outside of our scope of delivery and we will try to accommodate as best as we can.

 

Do you ship?

We are working hard on finding a method that works best for our cookies to make it from our kitchen to your hands without damage and as fresh as possible. Please bare with us, we will make a post about this as soon as we are shipping.

 

What are your store hours?

We currently operate from Monday - Saturday; You are welcome to pick up your cookies if you're in the area between 9am and 5pm. If you've scheduled a pick-up, you'll receive notifications when your cookies are ready.

 

Orders

Order was cancelled but I still got charged?

We apologize for the inconvenience! As soon as the check-out made, the card is charged. If the order was cancelled, you'll receive a refund within 3 to 5 business days.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please give us a call to get to the bottom of this situation; it could be as simple as a cookie taken of the cookie roster.

 

 

Allergy and Nutrition

Do your cookies contain wheat?

Our ingredients may vary depending on the cookie, but one thing remains constant: our passion for creating delicious treats. If you have any allergies, please let us know. While we strive to minimize cross-contamination, all of our cookies are made with the same equipment and may contain eggs, wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, and soybeans. Due to the presence of such food allergens at all of our locations, we do not recommend consuming any of our products if you are allergic to such food allergens.

 

Do you offer a vegan or gluten-free cookie?

We do create vegan or gluten-free cookies, and post them onto our active cookie list as soon as they are on the menu. Feel free to give us a call if you'd like to make a special order.
